How the training works

A personal learning tracker — built on your skills and abilities at the time of the request. Know nothing? We’ll start from the very basics: pages, databases, properties.
Development of your project alongside the training — the tracker follows a methodology that includes growing one of your projects during the sessions.
Homework after every meeting — based on the personal tracker, always derived from the session; mistakes and difficulties are reviewed at meetings.
Formulas and API — when you’re ready: they’re what turn a database into a fully functional system.
A clear schedule of meetings — every date is written into the contract, so you can plan training and homework from day one.

The one-on-one format is your responsibility and my full focus: I take no more than two students at a time to keep quality and attention high.

Examples of projects built during training: Zoom calls inside Notion with AI task extraction, a Threads management system via API, vending payment sync, Telegram bots backed by Notion, and systems for psychologists, construction companies, producers, marketers and real-estate agencies.

Brief and call

You fill in a brief and we meet on a call: logistics and case studies. If we agree — we sign a contract with meeting dates.

Goals and track

At the first meeting we fix point A and point B and build your personal learning track.

Meetings

Interactive calls with screen sharing on the schedule from the contract: you ask, I show and explain.

Homework

You complete it before the next call and note your questions — at the meeting we review mistakes and move the project forward.

Asked before we start

How do the sessions run?

Online via Google Meet or Zoom on a schedule planned in advance and written into the contract. Meetings can be recorded.

Are in-person meetings possible?

I travel offline only within Moscow, and it’s noticeably more expensive: travel and spent time are included, from $30 per lesson on top of the rate.

What minimum preparation do I need?

Just the right attitude, desire and a laptop or desktop computer. A paid plan on the platform will be needed when we reach it along the track.

How quickly will I go “from zero to pro”?

There’s no single answer: it depends on your starting level, motivation and doing the homework — without it the timeline stretches. That’s why we always fix point A and point B.

How is training different from tutoring?

Tutoring is one-off sessions for a specific task, with no schedule obligations. Training is a route with a contract, a personal tracker, homework and your own project that grows from meeting to meeting.
