The problem

An author blogs in fragments: ideas in notes, posts on social media, stats in export spreadsheets, while comments and contacts get lost in notifications.

The solution

One environment: drafts, calendar, analytics and contacts are all linked. Works with Threads, Instagram, Pinterest and Telegram — including a mini-app.

The principle

The product evolves on data from live users: mechanics like the “Courts Battle” appear only where they reinforce a specific action.

Courts Battle

A team mechanic for the Carousels Challenge: the system assigns participants to courts by itself, counts personal and team contribution, reports the score four times a day and issues rewards. It has run several live weekly cycles.

From “it hurts” to a working product

Problem

I start from pain — mine or the user’s. A product appears where a task repeats every day.

Prototype

I build a working version for a real scenario and watch how people use it.

Working version

I take it to production: architecture, automations, interface.

Growth

I grow it on data: I look at what people actually do and reinforce it with mechanics.
