Treden and my own products, business systems in Notion/BuildIn. AI agents — inside the product for you and outside it in the work itself: research, code, copy, support.
I came up with Treden and run it myself: from the first screen to the servers and shipping updates. AI agents are my development team — together we write code, test ideas and take tasks to production. Alongside this I run other projects, working with B2B clients and consultations. That’s how I see the product both as its author and as a business.
We start with a strategy session: we unpack the task and size the hours.

Treden, Planner PRO, templates and the course
inside the product and in the work behind it
Notion/BuildIn, CRM/ERP, automations
Treden is a workspace for creators and content teams: analytics and a publishing plan in one place. You can see how accounts grow, which posts get reach and what to publish next; metrics, reports and recommendations live in one loop. The platform was built from scratch and runs in production.
Client data in a CRM, tasks in Trello, documents in Google Docs — no single picture.
Every day you move data by hand, send the same letters over and over and compile reports.
Processes are rigid and don’t scale; hiring a new person turns into chaos.
Tasks get lost in chats, and the team has no single source of truth.
— the realistic range from kickoff to a working system: strategy session, design, development, launch. The deadline depends on scope and is fixed in a roadmap.
We uncover bottlenecks, I analyse the spec and business processes, we define goals.
A technical specification, database architecture and a realistic implementation plan.
I set up Notion/BuildIn, build the platform and automations around your scenarios, and test them.
I train you and your team, record video instructions and stay available after launch.
Building the PARA personal effectiveness system — after that lesson I finally understood the system as a whole; I’ve watched it to pieces. Everything in the course is beautifully organised — lessons are easy to find. And thank you for the templates — it’s fascinating to see how they work!
Fire! Loved the approach!
The course is TOP!!! I’m absolutely delighted with the content and the case studies. You explain complex things very clearly. I took a Notion course before, and yours is far more interesting and complete. Thank you for your work!
The lessons are magnificent! Everything is truly simple, clear and very detailed. It’s great that the course shows you how to extend your favourite templates without breaking anything.
Testimonials come from the course page at katyasystema.ru and reference the course — the development services on the new site are still collecting reviews.
