Development: systems in Notion/BuildIn and custom platforms

I create business systems in Notion/BuildIn and build custom platforms; I automate routine with neural networks. From a chaos of disconnected services to a single management system: information always at hand, processes running without your involvement.

We start with a strategy session: after it I name the hours the task needs.

Your business deserves order

Information is scattered: client data in a CRM, tasks in Trello, documents in Google Docs — no single picture.

Routine eats your time: you move data by hand, send the same letters and compile reports.

Growth is hard: current processes are rigid and don’t scale; hiring turns into chaos.

What systems I build

Solution

I build a single organism for your business

Notion/BuildIn — the brain and skeleton

A centralised workspace for your tasks: a CRM for clients, a team knowledge base, project and task management, a personal dashboard for the founder.

Automations — the nervous system and muscles

I connect the platform to other services — email, messengers, social media, APIs: letters become tasks, notifications go to Telegram, reports compile from a template, data syncs between systems.

Together it’s your custom operating system: the platform is your ideal office, and automations are a tireless digital assistant working in that office 24/7.
The process

Four simple steps to an effective system

Strategy session

We hold an introductory consultation, uncover bottlenecks and define goals. Deep analysis of the spec and business processes.

Design

I draft the technical specification and the architecture of the future system, and we agree a realistic implementation roadmap.

Development

I set up Notion/BuildIn, build a custom system for your scenarios, automate and test.

Support

I train you and your team to work with the system and provide support after launch.

Plans and pricing

Hour packages sized to the project

I work in hour packages and keep the timer running: you pay only for the actual time. The time tracker shows where every hour went — calls, design, development, testing and fixes.

We size the volume on the strategy session: we unpack the task, look at your processes and documents, and I name a realistic number of hours for this specific job. The bigger the package, the lower the hourly rate.

Discuss a package

Ready-made packages

We size the volume on the strategy session, and the hourly rate depends on the package size.

Standalone rate without a package — $48 per hour

Small Business

20-hour package
$720
$36 / hour
  • Stability and ongoing consultations.
  • You save $12 on every hour versus the standalone rate.

FAQ

Asked before a build

Why don’t you quote a fixed price for the project?
Because the real volume is unknown until we review the spec: a price “by eye” has to include a margin for uncertainty and for rework. It’s more honest for me to name the hours after the strategy session, and better for you to pay for the actual work. Any hours left over carry on to the next improvements at the same rate.
Why do you work only with 100% prepayment of the package?
A paid package is a guarantee for both sides. For me — time isn’t scattered across requests that lead nowhere; for you — you enter the work seriously: the hours are reserved for you, the task goes into the plan, and time is spent only on it. Every paid hour is visible in the time tracker.
What if the hours in the package run out before the work is done?
I warn you in advance that the hours are running out — about 20% before the package ends. You can buy extra hours at the same price you paid for the package and finish the remaining tasks.
What if we need more hours?
I work flexibly: extra hours are billed at the current package rate, or you can switch to a different package.
How much does it cost to set up Notion and connect it to WordPress?
It depends on scope: how many databases and fields, who edits what and which way the data flows. For a “Notion → website” link — posts, materials, enquiries — the base 20-hour package is not enough: you’ll need more, a reasonable guide is 35 hours and up. If there are many scenarios — catalogue, filters, two-way sync — the scope grows further.
How much does a custom website with an admin panel cost?
A website with an admin panel starts at the 35-hour package: page structure, layout, content management, forms and a technical SEO foundation. A platform with user accounts, roles, a database and integrations starts at 60 hours. I scope it after the strategy session; after that you pay for the actual hours tracked in the time tracker.
How much is monthly maintenance and technical support?
There is no separate monthly plan: support continues at the same rate and package we used for development — you simply renew the hours for the next period. Alternatively, you pay for hourly development: at 5–10 hours a month that is the current hourly package rate, and unused hours carry over to the next tasks. The work covers the technical side: updates, improvements, integrations, fixes and system consultations. Copy, photos, content filling and social media are not included — I’m a developer, not a content manager. For third-party code I work at 1.5× the rate: understanding someone else’s implementation and fixing it afterwards is extra effort.
Do you provide training and support?
Yes, always. After development I record video instructions for the system and hold a training call for you and the team. Further support — under a new hour package or at the standard rate.
Do you sign a contract?
Yes. I’m a registered self-employed professional — we’ll formalise our work with a contract, and you’ll get a receipt.
How much does CRM development cost?
I don’t estimate before discovery: a fixed “eyeball” price includes a buffer for unknowns. After the strategy session I give the scope in hours: a small CRM in Notion/BuildIn is usually 40–80 hours, a custom platform — from 120.
CRM or ERP — which should we choose?
A CRM covers clients and sales: leads, deals, reminders. An ERP covers the whole business: purchasing, inventory, finance, projects and employees. Teams usually start with a CRM and expand to an ERP once sales are under control.
How can we automate sales with AI?
AI agents take over the routine: qualifying leads, suggesting the next step, summarising conversations, drafting proposals and reminders. Decisions and money stay with people. These automations are built into the CRM or the platform.
The first step

Tell me about your task — I’ll come back with a plan

Fill in a couple of fields: I’ll study the task and suggest a time for a strategy session where I’ll show similar case studies and tell you how I can help.
