Noushen: download, sign in, and does it work in Russia
In short
- Download: App Store, Google Play, Microsoft Store or notion.so for Windows/macOS.
- Sign in: with email, Google or Apple ID — preferably the same way you registered.
- In Russia: the service opens and the app works; the difficulty is subscription payment.
- For business: if you need ruble payment, choose BuildIn or a custom system.
What “Noushen” is
“Noushen” is the Russian transliteration of Notion. There is no separate app with that name: search for Notion in the stores.
Notion is a workspace with databases, tables, kanban, calendar and documents. Teams use these blocks to build a CRM, projects, a knowledge base and finance tracking.
How to download
Phone and tablet:
- iOS — App Store, the Notion app;
- Android — Google Play, the Notion app.
Computer:
- Windows and macOS — Microsoft Store, notion.so or an app manager;
- Linux — the web version in a browser only.
The web version needs no installation: open notion.so and sign in.
How to sign in
1. Open notion.so or the app.
2. Click “Log in”.
3. Choose the method: email, Google or Apple ID.
4. Enter the password or the code from the email.
If the account was created with a work email, sign in with it. Otherwise you will land in a personal workspace without work pages.
Does Notion work in Russia
The service opens, the app installs and syncs. The main limits:
- Payment. A foreign subscription cannot be paid from every country; corporate cards often fail.
- Integrations. Some third-party services are unavailable or require a foreign account.
- Data. Companies with data-residency requirements choose Russian platforms.
If payment is the main problem, look at BuildIn development: the same logic of databases and relations, paid in rubles.
What a business should do
Before migrating, answer three questions:
- How many people will use the system?
- Which processes must it cover: sales, projects, finance?
- Who will keep order: rules, fields, access?
For a team of up to 10–15 people, BuildIn or Notion is usually enough. For complex integrations and high load — a custom platform.
A checklist before you start
- Check the free-plan limits.
- Describe the one process that hurts most.
- Build a minimal database: 5–7 fields and 2–3 views.
- Agree on rules: who creates records and how often they clean up.
- Only then add new areas.
