Custom CRM development

A CRM built around your sales process — in Notion, BuildIn or custom

I build a CRM that follows your real customer journey, not the other way round: leads, deals, tasks, reminders and reports in one place. In Notion/BuildIn — in 2–4 weeks, a custom platform — from 8 weeks.

We start with a strategy session and an estimate in hours. Contract, receipt and time tracker. · Strategy session $300

Familiar symptoms

Leads live in chats, spreadsheets and someone’s head — some get lost.

Managers forget to follow up and set reminders by hand.

Nobody knows exactly where a client stands or how many deals are open.

The sales report is assembled manually in the evening and still doesn’t add up.

What’s included

Not an off-the-shelf box, but a working process

How the work goes

Four steps

Discovery

A strategy session: how you sell now, where leads are lost, which fields you need.

Design

I map the pipeline and database structure, we agree on stages and roles.

Build

I assemble the CRM in Notion/BuildIn or develop a platform, filled with your examples.

Launch

I migrate data, train the team and support the system for two weeks.

Pricing

Transparent: hours, not guesswork

A CRM in Notion/BuildIn for a small team is usually 40–80 hours. A custom platform with integrations — from 120 hours. I give the exact estimate after discovery.

  • An estimate in hours after discovery
  • Contract, receipt and time tracker
  • Every hour is visible in the tracker
  • You can add more hours as the project goes

What it looks like in practice

Treden — an in-house platform

Treden is an analytics and reporting platform for Threads: accounts, posts, metrics, reports. The same principle as in a CRM: process and data first, interface second. The platform was built from scratch and runs in production.

  • Built from scratch: frontend, backend, database and integrations.
  • One data loop instead of scattered spreadsheets.
  • Reports and metrics collected automatically.
FAQ

Asked before a build

How much does a CRM cost?
I don’t quote before discovery: a fixed “eyeball” price includes a buffer for unknowns. After the strategy session I give the scope in hours: a small Notion/BuildIn CRM is usually 40–80 hours, a custom platform — from 120.
Can a CRM be built in Notion or BuildIn instead of a platform?
Yes, for teams of up to 10–15 people that is often enough. Notion/BuildIn provide databases, relations, reminders and reports without development. A custom platform is needed for telephony, warehouse or payment integrations and strict access requirements.
How long does implementation take?
A Notion/BuildIn CRM usually takes 2–4 weeks. Custom development starts at 8 weeks. The exact timeline depends on integrations and data readiness.
What happens to our current clients and spreadsheets?
I migrate the database from Excel/Google Sheets and keep history and contracts. If the data is messy, we clean the directories first — otherwise the CRM inherits the chaos.
What if the team doesn’t want to use the new system?
That’s why launch includes training and two weeks of support. I build a convenient system rather than an ideal one: fewer fields, clear stages, reminders that arrive on their own.

Tell me about your task — I’ll come back with a plan

Fill in a couple of fields: I’ll study the task and suggest a time for a strategy session where I’ll show similar case studies and tell you how I can help.
