An ERP for your business: operations, finance and data in one system

I build an ERP that connects sales, purchasing, inventory, finance and projects. No pile of disconnected spreadsheets: one set of data, one set of rules, clear reports. In Notion/BuildIn or as a separate platform.

We start with one area and expand: first accounting, then automation. · Strategy session $300

When a business needs an ERP

Signs that spreadsheets are no longer enough

Finance, inventory and projects live in different files — the numbers don’t match.

Every department keeps its own version of the truth.

The owner gets a report a week late.

Manual data transfers eat hours and create mistakes.

What’s included

One connected system

How the work goes

First one area, then expansion

Audit

We review processes and data: what is counted, where it diverges, which reports are needed.

Architecture

I design the data structure and links between areas, we agree on roles.

Build

I assemble the first area in Notion/BuildIn or develop a platform.

Scale

We launch, train the team and add the next area by priority.

Pricing

An estimate by area

The first ERP area in Notion/BuildIn is usually 60–100 hours. A custom ERP with integrations — from 160 hours. I give the exact estimate after discovery.

  • An estimate by area and week
  • Contract, receipt and time tracker
  • One area first, then expansion
  • You can add more hours as the project goes

Treden — an in-house platform

Treden is an analytics and reporting platform for Threads: accounts, posts, metrics, reports. The same principle as in a CRM: process and data first, interface second. The platform was built from scratch and runs in production.

  • Built from scratch: frontend, backend, database and integrations.
  • One data loop instead of scattered spreadsheets.
  • Reports and metrics collected automatically.
FAQ

Asked before a build

How is an ERP different from a CRM?
A CRM is about clients and sales: leads, deals, reminders. An ERP covers the whole business: purchasing, inventory, finance, projects, employees. Teams often start with a CRM and expand to an ERP once sales are under control.
Can an ERP be built in Notion or BuildIn?
For a small company, yes: databases, relations, roles and reports cover the essentials. A custom platform is needed for high load, complex integrations and strict access requirements.
Where should we start if there are many processes?
With the one area that hurts most — usually sales or finance. We build it, launch it, stabilise it and only then add the next one.
How much does an ERP cost?
The first area is usually 60–100 hours; a custom ERP starts at 160 hours. After discovery I give an estimate and a week-by-week plan.
